Lighthouse with fireball sun

As a photographer, all you need is two things. The first thing you need is skill, which is usually an eye. You have to be able to see things.

The second thing you need is the right time. If I had a nickel for every shot I missed because I was second or two to slow.

This shot was taken during sunset at Pigeon Point Light Station State Historic Park. In order for me to take this image, I had to stand from Pacific Coast Highway to get the right angle.
